still standing

or whether the changes will save the congo from cracking up entirely

really even unsuccessfully trying any one of them would be newsworthy

in fact just spotting & counting & naming them all was a fairly herculean
task

but my guess is that the new tripoints impending since 2006 will not become
finally effective until all 21 of the presidential cronies
er special commissioners
have actually reached the capitals of the new provinces they will be
temporarily governing
