According to the tripoint yearbook 2010 CDSDUG may be marked by a tree.

What is the source of that piece of information?

cant recall where i picked up that tidbit
but i see the 2012 yearbook entry for cdssug has dropped it here
https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?A3=ind1111&L=INT-BOUNDARIES&E=quoted-printable&P=1513734&B=--e89a8f22c6f32b08f304b1739b31&T=text%2Fhtml;%20charset=UTF-8&XSS=3&header=1
so it may have gotten discredited as folklore in the interval

still no trilaterally agreed point there sfaik
let alone a confirmed demarcation
& little hope for one with south sudan & congo both being failed states
