whooops a slight correction to my previous statement is necessary because
the sea tripoint projected by the breakaway republic of donetsk together
with russia & rump ukraine would be situated a bit more than 12 nautical
miles from their respective coasts & would thus not be a normal sovereign
territorial tripoint but rather only a hypothetical eez tripoint so it is
technically wrong to count the full quartet of new donetsk & luhansk
tripoints but rather only the fully sovereign group of 3 of them & so the
removal of this sea tripoint from the count reduces the set of normal
tripoints projected by all 6 postsoviet frozen conflicts from the 13 just
claimed here to only 12
