now adjoins the truncated rumps of both baghdad & damascus at a trijunction
that could accordingly be called ceiqsy

to the north
where both baghdad & damascus have long since ceded actual control to the
kurds
arbitrarily coded kd
a cekdiq tripoint can now be inferred somewhere in western kirkuk province
&
an even more uncertain cekdsy tripoint can be sought where isil adjoins
areas now controlled by erbil & damascus respectively
at a presumptive location farther up the mesopotamian plateau
probably around hasakah
